In early 2009, Janice established Rainbow Consultants, a coaching and consultancy company working with individuals and organizations to help them achieve a higher level of personal and professional performance.
Prior to setting up her own company, Janice spent almost 30 years in senior learning and organisational development roles predominantly within the public sector and charities. Her key focus has been on helping to build organizational excellence through executive and life coaching; leadership and management development; promoting positive belief change through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); and a range of diversity and wellness interventions.
Janice has coached and mentored a wide range of clients including those wishing to enhance their performance; those seeking to make a career or life change; and those struggling with underperformance or limiting beliefs.
