Janice has an MSc in Training; is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD) and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI). In
addition to being a qualified Teacher, Trainer and Meta Coach, Janice is also a Master
Practitioner and Trainer of the cutting edge New Code NLP. Janice is priviledged to have been
trained directly by John Grinder (the co-founder of NLP) with his partners, Carmen Bostic St
Clair and Michael Carroll, and uses this powerful methodology in all aspects of her work as well
as running dedicated NLP workshops and accredited courses.
Since qualifying as a Future-basing® coach in 2008, Janice has utilized this powerful visioning process within her coaching practice and has also successfully facilitated a range of group sessions.
Janice is a creative and highly energetic consultant with an unwavering belief in her clients' ability to achieve their goals and aspirations. She has a positive and enthusiastic approach to life and actively seeks to engender this mindset in others. At the same time, she is down to earth and pragmatic and always looks for a way to break through resistance and obstacles.
Janice promotes equality and diversity with energy and passion and in 2008 was appointed national lead for diversity for the Public Sector People Managers' Association (PPMA) where she vigorously promotes the business case for diversity across the public sector.
Janice is actively committed to helping to transform the experience of young people in education through her volunteering work with schools. In 2008/9 she pioneered an innovative employer engagement intiative within a business and enterprise college in South London which resulted in a significant increase in the educational attainment levels of those students involved in the project.
